Structuring organizations for sustainability, compliance and scalable growth beyond registration.
I am a Certified Trainer of Trainers (ToT), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Founder of iExtol Global Management & Consulting, with a passion for technology, systems thinking, process improvement and Compliance from Day 1.
Over the years, I have supported entrepreneurs, young people, NGOs, institutions and businesses to transition from fragmented and informal operations into structured, compliant, sustainable and scalable organizations.
I have had the privilege of helping numerous businesses grow from backyard and garage operations into sustainable enterprises through systems development, process improvement, compliance support, market access and business activation.
As Stakeholder Engagement Director and Founding Member of the United Entrepreneurs Association of Namibia, I champion entrepreneurship development and serve as a voice for entrepreneurs within the broader ecosystem.
I have also contributed to entrepreneurship policy discussions to help ensure policies are practical and responsive to the realities faced by entrepreneurs, including serving as Chairperson of the Namibia Public Private Forum Working Group 8.
I also serve as a Director of Faith Abled Foundation, where I advocate for inclusive development, accessibility and the empowerment of Differently Abled individuals and communities.
Through iExtol's Business Activation Systems (iBAS™), I partner with SME-facing institutions, enterprise development organizations and growth-focused businesses to build organizations that are sustainable, proactively compliant and ready to scale beyond registration.
